We are excited to announce a first for Tennessee NAIOP PAC (NAIOP’s political arm): a fundraiser for State Senator Jack Johnson from Williamson County. Senator Johnson serves as the Senate Majority Leader in the state legislature. He has been a supporter of NAIOP-led initiatives at the state. Leader Johnson was the senate sponsor of our third party plan review and inspection enabling bill and was the first senator to sign on as a cosponsor of the Real Estate Infrastructure District Act.
